CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />Title: <br />Adopt 2026 Strategic Plan <br />5. 7. <br />04/28/2026 <br />Purpose/Background: <br />This plan was prepared following discussion at the staff level, for final review, feedback and direction by the City <br />Council. The plan is meant to identify attainable and measurable objectives to move Ramsey towards <br />accomplishing or furthering the established goals within the plan. This plan also recognizes the previous year's <br />accomplishments and recognizes key items identified during a reflection activity on the city and our operations. <br />City Council reviewed a draft plan at their April 14, 2026 Work Session to provide final direction. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />The specific content of the Strategic Plan is included in the attached document. <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties.
