Continue to promote CrimeFre e Multi-Housing programs and <br />landlord/tenant associations at multi-unit and apartment complexes. <br />17. I dentify inoperable warning sirens and replace, up to t'.\'o, in 2005. Complete <br />the replacement of all warning sirens. <br />18; Enforce tob acco compliance and continue education with the business <br />community. <br />19. Continue identit y theft prevention education. <br />20. Maintain the animal cont ainment program with the City of Anoka. <br />21. Continue to conduct compliance checks on sales to minors for alcohol. <br />22. Coordinate fifth sixth aIll1ual Safety Camp for children with Ramsey Fire <br />Department. <br />23.
