Fire stations 2 and 3 <br />. Completing municipal center . <br />. Explore current city hall campus use (potential school <br />facility) <br />. Water utility improvements. <br />. Sewer treatment facilities. <br />(S) Conduct Space Needs Analysis for future facilities/land, <br />which could include Public Works Facility, range, kennel, <br />and a recycling/compost facility. <br /> <br />Goat No. 5: Modify Comprehensive Plan, Transportation Section, to include a <br />multi-modal transit plan that specifically includes the Northstar <br />Station and advocate with other agencies to develop a Regional <br />Transportation Plan to support the needs of the Ramsey . <br />community.
