<br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, January 8, 2007, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive, Mississippi River Room, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Michael Max <br />Board Member Jon aids <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg requested that the document mailed to EPB members by <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson entitled "The Economic Value of Open Space" be <br />added to the agenda as Case #4. <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz inquired whether the Westwood Professional Services report was <br />available for discussion. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski stated that the final report is not available. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Olds and seconded by Board Member Sibilski to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, <br />Max, aids, and Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: None <br />
