• ORDINANCE 907 -_ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from E -2 Employment to Public - <br />Quasi Public: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R -1 Residential to Public -Quasi <br />Public: <br />• The East 466 feet of the North 466 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, except the road, subject to easements of record <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map ", which snap was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION -3.
