Parking in the Town Center District is <br />intended to be shared to the greatest extent practicable in all mixed -use areas_ vAth the <br />-- ef die T-G - 4 Sub -DistgE�.— parking standards are intended to provide a <br />practical basis for providing adequate parking within the Town Center District through a <br />careful analysis of uses, shared parking arrangements, use of public street parking and <br />reduction allowances for the proximity to the transit station. A Parking Plan shall be <br />prepared as part of the Development Plan to address the number, location, sharing <br />arrangements, and public use when applicable. The Parking Plan shall also attempt to <br />anticipate to the extent possible, how to address longer term parking arrangements if the <br />possibility of use conversion or building expansion exists. Parking shall be provided <br />under any of the following arrangements: <br />a. Off -street parking in the TC -1 and TC -2 <br />secured for public use through parking <br />appropriate conveyances. individual bus <br />l S Di tf f s h a ll n n uf va riiui` sp <br />parking arrangements between nearby uses <br />Sub - Districts. <br />Sub - Districts shall be <br />easements and other <br />sses- lee -ed in the TC- <br />ide. - abuiidin <br />are encouraged in both <br />b.
