C <br />aa. Existing and proposed grades with a <br />minimum of two foot contour intervals to a <br />known sea level datum; <br />bb. Sufficient spot elevations on all proposed <br />hard surface areas; <br />• <br />CC. Estimated runoff of the area based on 10 and <br />100 year storm events; <br />dd. Provisions to carry runoff to the nearest <br />adequate outlet; <br />ee. Location of any proposed ponding areas, <br />indicating the size and depth of the pond and <br />amount of acre feet of water to be stored; <br />ff. Finish floor elevations of all buildings; <br />gg. Identify soils by type and location, including <br />identification of the water table, and <br />suitability of soil for the proposed <br />development; and <br />hh. Identify any areas located in a flood hazard <br />zone as identified by the Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br />iv. Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and shall <br />include the following information: <br />aa. Floor plans indicating square footage and <br />dimensions of all proposed rooms; and <br />bb. Elevations of the proposed building(s), <br />identifying exterior treatment, rnaterial(s), <br />and paint color. <br />V. Final Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the final <br />plat shall be prepared in accordance with the <br />Ramsey City Code. With the final plans, the <br />developer shall submit, for approval by the City, a <br />development schedule for construction of all <br />structures, open space, and recreational facilities. <br />• <br />—155— <br />
