Case 98: Consider Amending Section 9.20.28 (B -3 Business District) of City Code; <br />Case of City of Ramsey • <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that the City created the B -3 Business <br />Zoning District in 2006, in anticipation of the Ramsey Crossings redevelopment project, located <br />west of Armstrong Boulevard and north of Highway 10. Since the B -3 District was established, <br />staff has made note of several deficiencies in the code that need to be remedied. The entire <br />district will be master planned and is intended to contain larger- scale, more auto oriented <br />commercial uses than are intended for the Town Center one east side of Armstrong Boulevard. <br />To accomplish this, the B -3 District was drafted to a%: `= " cant amount of design <br />flexibility through the master planning process, r t -by -lot development with <br />specific setbacks and lot standards (as is thethe zoning districts).
