Staff anticipates this study will cost upwards of $160,000. It will be funded from the Storm <br />Water Utility. The plan will include maps and tables showing what the expected pond levels are • <br />for storm events, and will identify areas where work is needed. Staff recommends the RFP be <br />approved by the Committee and forwarded to the City Council. <br />Motion to recommend the RFP for the Comprehensive Water Resources Management Plan be <br />approved by the City Council. <br />Action: <br />Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. . <br />Case #6 Approve Contract Amendment for Design of Armstrong Boulevard <br />Improvement Project #06 -20 <br />Public Works Director Olson explained there will be a discussion in the work session that will be <br />more related to Ramsey Crossings and the EAW. In regards to this case, staff has received <br />direction from Council that a pedestrian and/or vehicle overpass is to be included in the project. <br />This case specifically discusses the change to the existing contract with TKDA to facilitate the <br />amendments. <br />Consensus of the Committee was to table consideration of the contract amendment for the design <br />of Armstrong Boulevard Improvement Project #06 -20 for discussion by the full Council. • <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br />Reviewed by: <br />Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer <br />City Engineer <br />CC: 2/13/07 <br />• <br />—244— <br />
