CASE # ! <br />REVIEW ANNUAL WATER SYSTEM COMPLAINTS <br />By: John Nelson, Utility supervisor <br />Background: <br />The water utility tracks customer complaints regarding water qualify. Attached to this <br />case is a summary of the number and types of complaints that have been received over . <br />the past five years. The most numerous type of complaint continues to be relative to high <br />iron concentrations in the water. Noticeably reduced is the number of low pressure <br />received in 2 <br />complaints from earlier years: None have been an This is largely <br />attributable to are increased water supply and the expansion and looping of the <br />distribution pipes within the system. The other complaints received include odor, <br />hardness, and sand in the water.
