APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MINUTES is <br />Chairperson McDilda noted a correction to the regular meeting minutes dated December <br />4, 2006, Page 13, Paragraph 4, first sentence, to change the spelling of the words <br />"Glatting Jacson" to read, "Glatting Jackson." <br />Board Member Olds noted a correction to Page 9, Paragraph 4 to capitalize the word <br />"blandings" to read, "Blandings turtle <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Sibilski to approve the <br />December 4, 2006 Minutes as corrected. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, <br />Max, Olds, and Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />POLICY BOARD BUSINESS <br />Case #1: 1 Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for Year 2007 <br />Chairperson McDilda entertained nominations for appointment of Chairperson and Vice <br />Chairperson of the EPB for calendar year'2007. <br />Board Member Freeburg nominated Chairperson McDilda for another term as appointed • <br />Chairperson. He accepted the nomination. 1 <br />Chairperson McDilda nominated Board Member Max for another term as appointed <br />Vice- Chairperson. Board Member, Max accepted nomination. <br />There were no other nominations. Consensus of the Board was to approve the <br />nominations for appointment of Chairperson. McDilda to another term as EPB <br />Chairperson, and Board Member Max as Vice Chairperson for the year 2007. <br />Board Member Max inquired if there was one more opening on the EPB for another <br />member. <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated there are some applications currently on file <br />and available for consideration. He presented Mr. Ron Hustvedt's letter to the City <br />Council indicating his resignation from the EPB. <br />Members of the EPB acknowledged his resignation with regret and well wishes. <br />Case #2: Discussion and Approval of Work Plan <br />Chairperson McDilda presented the EPB Work Plan 2006/2007 as Exhibit 1.
