Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, • Max, Olds, and Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: None Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated that the newly approved work plan does not necessarily have to be brought to the City Council. Board Member Sibilski suggested providing. a copy to Councilmember Strommen to. update City Council. Chairperson McDilda asked Coordinator Anderson to prepare -a final draft for consent at the next EPB meeting. Case #3: Wetland Buffer Guidebook Review - Chairperson McDilda presented a draft copy of the guidebook and included it for EPB members to review as Exhibit 2. Environmental Coordinator Anderson gave Mr. Ron Hustvedt, Jr. credit for his valuable input into the Wetland Guidebook. Board Member Max concurred that he did a great job. Board Member Bentz suggested that the second page be taken out for cost.and size • constraint reasons, and because it was an extrapolation of the first page. Board Member Max stated that he liked it there because the Supreme Court has ruled on a legal precedent that has been established. Board Member Freeburg concurred with Board Member Max. - Chairperson McDilda stated that he liked the beginning of the Wetland Guidebook because the first page lets people know why they're getting a book about wetlands, and the value of educating them. Board Member Bentz concurred and agreed to leave the second page as is. Chairperson McDilda read the Table of Contents, suggesting that terminology could be changed if necessary. Board Member Bentz asked if page numbers Will be attached to Table of Content items. Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated this isn't the formal final layout. Chairperson McDilda suggested calling the Table of Contents something else and paginating it to have a reference. • Board Member Max stated he preferred including a Table of Contents.
