CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, December 12, <br />2006; at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David,Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Also Present: City Administrator James E. Sylvia Frolik <br />• Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:11 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) '07 —'12 CIP <br />City Administrator Norman stated the 2007 — 2011 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) was <br />distributed prior to the work session of December 4, 2006. Included in the Council's packet is a <br />`.`red- lined" version of the CIP table of contents that shows projects completed and projects that <br />are new to the CIP. Mr. Norman advised adoption of the CIP is adopting a plan, not a budget. <br />The.
