Recognition and Appreciation to Councilmember Todd Cook Mayor Gamec recognized Councilmember Todd Cook for his dedicated service to the City of Ramsey from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2006. Councilmember Cook stated this experience has been good for him. This is the best Council he has seen; they are people with integrity interested in doing the job and getting it done, and in the best interest of the City. The City of Ramsey has great citizens; many of them volunteer to be on boards and committees and task forces. He thanked the citizens for the opportunity to serve them for the last four years. Recognition and Appreciation to City Administrator Jim Norman Mayor Gamec recognized City Administrator Norman for his dedicated service to the City of Ramsey from December 2, 1998 to December 31, 2006. He announced there will be a celebration for Mr. Norman at Wells Catering on January 10, 2007, from 5 — 8 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT i s None. APPROVE AGENDA Mayor Gamec noted the addition of Case No. 13: Option Property Development Partnership. Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Strommen, Cook, Elvig, Olson, and Pearson. Voting No: None.
