• 3) Consider Resolution Appointing Board and Commission Members <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated interviews were held for vacancies to be filled on the Park and <br />Recreation Commission, the Environmental Policy Board, and the Public Safety Board. The <br />Personnel Committee recommends appointing the following individuals: <br />Park and Recreation Commission <br />■ Ms. Bridget Barr to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2010 <br />Environmental Policy Board <br />• Mr. Michael Max to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2010 <br />• Mr. Mark Anderson to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008 <br />Councilmember Jeffrey indicated there were no applicants that listed the Public Safety Board as <br />their first choice. The Personnel Committee agreed to table this appointment and directed staff <br />to repost the vacancy and advertise for candidates.. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to ratify the <br />recommendation of the Personnel Committee in Case Nos. 1, 2 and 3, and to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -01 -047 approving the Memorandum of Understanding describing the post - employment <br />health care savings plan designed for the City of Ramsey Sergeants Union; to adopt Resolution <br />407 -01 -048 authorizing that Drew Moldenhauer begin employment with the City of Ramsey as a <br />• community service officer; to table the appointment of a Public Safety Board member; and to <br />adopt Resolution #07 -01 -049 confirming the following appointments to Boards and <br />Commissions: <br />Park and Recreation Commission <br />■ Ms. Bridget Barr to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2010 <br />Environmental Policy Board <br />• Mr. Michael Max to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2010 <br />• Mr. Mark Anderson to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008 <br />Motion carried.
