Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:11 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) '07 - '12 CIP <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated the 2007 - 2011 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) was <br />distributed prior to the work session of December 4, 2006. Included in the Council's packet is a <br />"red-lined" version of the CIP table of contents that shows projects completed and projects that <br />are new to the CIP. Mr. Norman advised adoption of the CIP is adopting a plan, not a budget. <br />The CIP is a financial blueprint, but each project needs to be approved individually. <br /> <br />Council discussed the schedule of the Water Treatment Plant included in the CIP. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session / December 12,2006 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
