It's always nice to see everyone bacl<, especially <br />when they are so tanned. After the potlucl< luncheon, Bonnie Dehn gave an <br />interesting presentation, which was followed by our business meeting. <br />At the May meeting, Jill Hoffinan gave a short microwave presentation, <br />giving us some great tips on microwave cool<ing. Penny Bingo followed. <br />May well wishes were sent out to those members who were feeling a little <br />under the weather. <br />On June 7th, the Ramsey Seniors will hear from Laura Arseneau about <br />her candy store in the old post office. June 27th will be our annual summer <br />picnic at Central Parl<. This meeting will be the July meeting as the 4th of July <br />falls on a Wednesday, which is usually our meeting day. Please bring your <br />own dish, plus one to pass, a beverage and a game that you may want to <br />share. <br /> <br />August finds us going to Senior Day at the Anol<a County Fair and in <br />September, we are bacl< at the Center with our potlucl< and a music program. <br /> <br />Have a great summer! <br />Zola Malamen <br /> <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATER <br />MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />The Lower Rum River Water Management Organization meets on the <br />third Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka <br />City Hall to discuss storm and surface water issues affecting Ramsey, Anoka, <br />Andover and part of Coon Rapids.
