Tony Davies (solid colored sweatshirt) <br />from Ashton, England and Chris Burroughs (shoulder striped jersey) from <br />Warrington, England, said they felt right at home with the unpredictable Minnesota <br />weather as they coached 6 hours per day (most of which was in the rain). Despite <br />the weather, wet muddy clothes and soggy feet, the kids were still smiling at the <br />end of the day and didn't want to go home. Bill & Kelley Casey of Burns Township <br />and Kevin & Beth Dvorak of Ramsey made space in their homes for the two <br />trainers to stay with them. Chris and Tony will end their week with a trip to the <br />Mall of America, which is sure to amaze them since 95% of their shopping is done <br />in areas that resemble downtown Anoka. Look for more information around the <br />first of the year for next summers British Soccer Camp. <br />RAMSEY SENIORS <br />For the month of July the Ramsey Seniors will meet at Central Park for a <br />picnic. Bring your own dishes, a dish to pass and drinks. Any gave you enjoy, <br />please bring long. <br />In August we will go to the fair for Senior Day. You have to call in for <br />lunch. Anoka Seniors has been taking the names. Bingo starts at 11:00 a.m. and <br />lunch is brought in and served there. <br />September brings us back to our usual meeting place for a potluck at noon <br />and a music program.
