CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />05/12/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />5. 10. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-103 Approving Time Extensions for Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review for "Haviland <br />Fields." <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Haviland Fields, a multi -family residential development on a portion of the Lord of Life Church campus at 14501 <br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, was approved in mid-2024. The project consists of a senior age -restricted apartment <br />building, senior rental townhomes, and a market -rate non -age -restricted apartment building. The developer, <br />Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc., requested a time extension in 2025 that extended the <br />preliminary plat and site plan review approvals into 2026. In the event the project does not start construction this <br />summer, the developer is requesting another extension. Projects are able to be extended for two years beyond <br />their initial one-year approval window. This requested one-year extension will be the last extension available, <br />taking the project expiration into Summer of 2027.
