ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this 12th day of May, 2026, by and between <br />the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />("City"), and Rivenwick Village Townhome Association, as well as their successors and assigns <br />(collectively, the "Landowner"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, Landowner is the fee owner of the real property generally located at the <br />southeast corner of 139th Lane NW and Riverdale Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 28, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has Drainage and Utility Easements over, under and across <br />a portion of the Property, as dedicated to the public pursuant to the Plat known as "Rivenwick <br />Village 4th Addtion" recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Anoka County. <br />WHEREAS, Landowner seeks permission from the City to encroach upon the Drainage <br />and Utility Easement (the "Easement") to install and maintain an approximately 11.5-foot wide <br />permanent monument sign (the "Sign"). <br />1 <br />
