CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />05/12/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Address infrastructure needs. <br />5. 13. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-106 Accepting Geotechnical Proposals for 2027 Pavement Management Program Projects <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this case is to adopt Resolution #26-106 accepting geotechnical proposals for 2027 Pavement <br />Management Program projects. <br />Background: <br />Geotechnical reports inform staff of subsoil conditions which is essential when designing the pavement section <br />for the reconstructed streets. Haugo is required to complete their work per the schedule outlined in the request for proposal, which <br />will allow staff to complete design work for these improvements in time for winter 2026 / early spring 2027 <br />bidding. <br />Notification: <br />Notification letters will be sent out to impacted residents to inform them of the geotechnical soil boring crews <br />working in their neighborhood. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #26-106 accepting geotechnical proposals for 2027 Pavement Management Program <br />projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adopting Resolution #26-106 accepting geotechnical proposals for 2027 Pavement <br />Management Program projects. <br />
