Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-106 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GEOTECHNICAL PROPOSALS FOR 2027 PAVEMENT <br />MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Deerwood subdivision, Hall -Anderson Acres subdivision, <br />Oakwood Hills subdivision, Rambosek Red Oak Estate subdivision, Sorteberg's 6th subdivision, <br />Windsorwood subdivision, Windemere Woods 1st & 2nd subdivision, Magnesium Street within Section 26 <br />Unplatted, 142nd Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and Xkimo Street, and Juniper Ridge <br />Drive between Roanoke Street and 156h Lane are proposed to be reconstructed in 2027; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-080, adopted March 24, 2026, the <br />City Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for said services; and <br />WHEREAS, the geotechnical quotes received are tabulated below; and <br />Contractor <br />American <br />Engineering <br />Technologies <br />Haugo Geotechnical <br />Services <br />Braun lntertec Corp. <br />IP 27-01 IP 27-03 IP 27-04 IP 27-05 IP 27-06 <br />$10,580.00 $15,370.00 $21,670.00 $15,340.00 $15,070.00 <br />$8,260.00 $12,930.00 $17,070.00 $12,930.00 $10,830.00 <br />$8,730.00 $16,410.00 $18,050.00 $17,470.00 $16,060.00 <br />WHEREAS, the quote of Haugo Geotechnical Services in the total amount of $62,020.00 for the <br />geotechnical report of IP 27-01, IP 27-03, IP 27-04, IP 27-05, and IP 27-06 for said services in accordance <br />with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their quote shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Haugo Geotechnical Services for said geotechnical services for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
