Staff does not mail letters to property owners for pavement marking improvements, since the work occurs quickly <br />and has only short-term impacts to the traveling public or abutting properties. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Observations: <br />Estimates are based off of awarded bids for Crack Seal and Pavement Rejuvenation.
