If you wish to have your 2002 Minnesota Homeowners <br />Property Tax Refund or Rent Credit forms completed, you must bring <br />your 2003 Property Tax Statement from Anol<a County or a copy of your <br />Certificate of Rent paid for 2002 from your landlord. The program was started in <br />1974 and connects Senior Citizens, their <br />family members, as well as agencies in <br />Anol<a County to the resources available <br />in their communities. For assistance call <br />763-783-4707 between 9:00 a.m. and <br />4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The <br />agency is located in the Blai\W Human <br />Service Center at 1201 - 89t Avenue <br />NE, Suite 100, Blaine, MN. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY <br />TASK FORCE VACANCY <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey currently has <br />one vacancy on the Environmental Policy <br />Tasl< Force (or EPTF). The mission of <br />the EPTF is to develop and review City <br />policies relating to the use, protection, and <br />renewal of Ramsey's natural resources <br />and to engage citizens in policy <br />implementation. <br />Some of the objectives of the <br />EPTF are to encourage citizen participation <br />in policy implementation through <br />worl<shop sessions prior to public hearings, <br />assist in reviewing the City's environmental <br />policies for effectiveness and implementing <br />changes as necessary, and to address other <br />environmental issues as identified and <br />assigned. <br />Members of the the EPTF are <br />from the community and City staff and <br />meet the first Monday and third Thursday <br />of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Ramsey <br />City Hall. <br />Applicants should send a letter of <br />interest to the Human Resources Manager <br />at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, MN 55303, no later than 03/ <br />28/03. <br /> <br />Footprints in the sands of time are never made by sitting down. - Anonymous <br />
