This service is provided by Anol<a County RSVP and AARP volunteers who have received training and certification by the Internal Revenue Service and the MN Department of Revenue. If you wish to have your 2002 Minnesota Homeowners Property Tax Refund or Rent Credit forms completed, you must bring your 2003 Property Tax Statement from Anol<a County or a copy of your Certificate of Rent paid for 2002 from your landlord. (Anol<a County 2003 Property Tax Statements are mailed to homeowners in March). Center 6085 - 7th Street NE Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. - Noon 6923. This is a "free service" from the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program ofAnol<a County andAARP. The Anol<a County Senior Information Line is an information and assistance program serving Anol<a County residents. The program was started in 1974 and connects Senior Citizens, their family members, as well as agencies in Anol<a County to the resources available in their communities. For assistance call 763-783-4707 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The agency is located in the Blai\W Human Service Center at 1201 - 89t Avenue NE, Suite 100, Blaine, MN. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY TASK FORCE VACANCY The City of Ramsey currently has one vacancy on the Environmental Policy Tasl< Force (or EPTF). The mission of the EPTF is to develop and review City policies relating to the use, protection, and renewal of Ramsey's natural resources and to engage citizens in policy implementation. Some of the objectives of the EPTF are to encourage citizen participation in policy implementation through worl<shop sessions prior to public hearings, assist in reviewing the City's environmental policies for effectiveness and implementing changes as necessary, and to address other environmental issues as identified and assigned. Members of the the EPTF are from the community and City staff and meet the first Monday and third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Ramsey City Hall. Applicants should send a letter of interest to the Human Resources Manager at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, no later than 03/ 28/03.
