This years plans are <br />underway for the 2003 Happy Days Celebration. There are <br />lots of opportunity for you to be a part of the planning or the <br />event itself. <br />Teen Dance - The Teen Dance will be held on Friday, <br />September 12th at Lord of Life Church in the gym. There will <br />be a DJ, food and prizes. For more information or if you <br />would lil<e to help, contact Des Haspert at 421-1568. <br />Car Show - The Car Show will once again be held <br />at the City Hall upper lot on Saturday, September 13th at <br />10:00 am. A safety inspection will be done from 1 0:00am - <br />1:00pm. Pre-entry by September 1st is $5.00. After <br />September 1 st the fee will be $10.00. A drawing will be held. <br />Entry forms will be available at City Hall. If you are interested <br />in entering your car please contact Jim Green at 323-3383. <br />Craft Show - We are excited to have a new <br />location for the craft show. It will be along the driveway off <br />ofCty Rd 5 at City Hall so it will have alot more exposure. <br />Time: 10:00 am - ??? Crafters are welcome to stay till dusl<. <br />Pre-registration before August 1 - $5.00, $10.00 after August <br />1 st. There will be food vendors on hand throughout the day. <br />For more information, call Cindy McKay at 422-0636. <br />Kid's Fun Run & 5k Run - Connexus Energy will <br />again sponsor the annual Kid's Fun Run & 51< Run on Saturday, <br />September 13th. Registration forms will be available at <br />Connexus and City Hall at a later date. <br />Kid's Events - Lots offun for l<ids is being planned. <br />A full schedule will be published in the next <br />Ramsey Resident. Contact person - Cindy Messer - 753- <br />3114. <br />Parade - The parade will be held on Cty Road 5 at <br />3 :00 pm. This is a great, inexpensive way for you to advertise <br />you business or promote you club or group. If you would lil<e <br />more information or would lil<e to enter, please call LuAnn - <br />421-6801 or Nannette - 753-1832. <br />Street Dance - The Rocl<in Hollywoods will be on <br />hand to entertain. The Ramsey Lions will be serving food and <br />beer.
