PROGRAM

Anoka County Community Action Program (ACCAP) is
accepting applications for the Community Development Blocl( Grant
(CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. This is a program that
provides grants and loans to low-income homeowners for home
improvements to the homes are to meet building code and/or health
and safety standards. The Housing Rehabilitation Program is not
designed for cosmetic improvements, remodeling, or building
additions to the home. Improvements may include, but are not
limited to repairs such as roof, electric, plumbing, window, siding,
furnace, water heater, insulation, foundation, accessibility, well and
septic systems.
If you are interested in this program, please call the ACCAP
SNOWBIRD PARKING
INFORMATION

Remember not to park your motor vehicle on any City street
during a snowfall, or afterwards, until it is plowed. Vehicles parked
along the roadway cause the snowplows to go around them, leaving
unplowed areas. These "snowbirds" are tagged and towed at the
owner's expense! They also present a danger to plow drivers when
visibility is poor. Save yourself money and aggravation while you
help us provide for safe and efficient snowplowing services.
