It is expected that the City Council
will approve the final park plan in the next few
months.
The construction of Sun wood Drive and the
associated infrastructure (sanitary sewer, water
service, stormwater, landscaping) will commence at
the beginning of May. The first portion of Sun wood
Drive from Ramsey Blvd. to Rhinestone is expected
to be completed by July 30, 2004. The remaining
portion of Sunwood Drive all the way to Armstrong
Blvd. will be completed by the end of October, 2004.
The Developer also plans on beginning construction
of additional roads in the Town Center. These roads
include Peridot Street and Town Center Parkway.

BIKE
HELMETS

Bil(e-related crashes l(ill 900 people every year and send
about 567,000 to hospital emergency rooms with injuries.
