They may be someone Youth <br />First would like to recognize through a "Distinguished <br />Service Award." <br />Each year the Andover, Anoka, Ramsey <br />Youth First organization recognizes outstanding <br />residents, businesses or organizations for their <br />commitment to youth. The Award will be presented <br />at the 11 th Annual Mayors' Prayer Breal(fast on <br />March 18th at 7: 15 a.m. hosted this year by the City <br />of Andover at the Constance Evangelical Free Church <br />in Andover. <br />Ticket information and nomination forms are <br />available at www.youthl st.net or by contacting Laura <br />Landes at 763.767.4664. Applications must be post- <br />marked by March 11. <br /> <br />LADIES GOLF LEAGUE <br />IS GROWING <br /> <br />Rum River Hills Golf Club in Ramsey is a <br />course designed for golfers of all abilities. It is located <br />on Highway 47 and nestled in amongst the trees, rolling <br />hills and the beautiful Rum River. The Ladies of Rum <br />River are hoping to expand their league on Wednesday <br />nights. "What a perfect way to spend a summer <br />evening", said Paula K. Anderson, Vice President of <br />the league. " I have met so many nice people here, <br />and my game has improved too!". <br />She and the other officers are hoping to <br />increase the size of the league by 20%- 30%. The <br />unscreened compost is free-of-charge to <br />Anol(a County residents and screened compost is available for a <br />fee. In addition, a variety of mulches are for sale at the Bunker <br />Hills site. <br />NRG Processing Solutions manages the sites for the <br />county.
