The new
Coborn's Superstore opened on
September 28.
Coborn's is based in St. Cloud
and has 37 grocery stores throughout
the region. The 65,000-square-foot
Ramsey store offers a convenient
location and a number of services
that make shopping easier, including
grocery bagging, parcel pick-up,
video rental, and a liquor "store with-
in a store."
"The response from the com-
munity has been great," said Nathan
Tykwinski, Coborn's Superstore
manager. "People are coming in to
see our new store and learn what we
have to offer, and are happy that they
have a store right here in Ramsey.
We're also very happy to be here and
to be a part of Ramsey Town Center."
Coborn's Superstore is part of

the first phase of commercial devel-
opment in Ramsey Town Center,
which will bring a total of 400,000
square feet of new retail and restau-
rants to the area. Construction and
development of other spaces is cur-
rently underway, with a drive-thru
Caribou Coffee, Totally Tan, Subway,
The Dollar Store, and LA Nails
already open. An optometrist and
dentist offices will be opening some-
time this winter.
The new store brings to life a
key part of what Ramsey Town
Center is all about. In addition to cre-
ating new places to live, the center
will also bring new services, stores,
restaurants, and other amenities to
Ramsey residents.
"Coborn's is an example of how
Ramsey Town Center will benefit all
of Ramsey, not just people who live
in the immediate area," said Jim
Norman, Ramsey City Administrator.
"Ramsey Town Center will let local

residents do more, experience more,
and enjoy more of their time here in
Ramsey. It's now coming to life and
Coborn's is a definite sign of good
things to come."

Snowplowing
Policies

For information regarding
snowplowing policies and FAQ's
please refer to the city's website at
www.ci.ramsey.mn.us then go to
Departments and Public Works.
You may also call the Public Works
Department directly at 763-427-
8254 or the snowplow information
line at 763-433-9852.

www.ci.ramsey.mn.us

Volume 21 · Number 1
