Senator Bahr also provided an update on the proposed Mississippi River bridge connection <br />project involving Ramsey and Dayton, noting that funding and design work remained under <br />consideration in the state bonding bill negotiations. He described the current legislative session <br />as unusually bipartisan because of the tied Minnesota House, explaining that major legislation <br />now requires support from both parties to pass. <br />9.
