Staff is not aware of a desire for municipal utilities from any of the residents, and municipal utilities can be extended to serve this area in the future without impacting the paved streets. C1P level project costs are $280,000 ($250,000 Tax Increment Fund #2, $30,000 Storm Water Utility Funds).
