Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-117 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2027 MSA PAVEMENT <br />OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #27-02 <br />WHEREAS, Rhinestone Street between E. Ramsey Parkway and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH <br />116) and between Veterans Drive and Sunwood Drive, Sunwood Drive between Armstrong Boulevard <br />(CSAH 83) and Zeolite Street and between Rhinestone Street and Ramsey Boulevard (CR 56), Veterans <br />Drive between Zeolite Street and Rhinestone Street, and Zeolite Street between Sunwood Drive and <br />Veterans Drive are proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2027 as identified within the 2026 — 2035 Capital <br />Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-099, adopted March 24, 2026, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $1,925.00; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 2027 MSA <br />Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #27-02. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />2027 MSA Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #27-02. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th <br />day of May, 2026. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
