Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-119 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HALL-ANDERSON ACRES <br />& OAKWOOD HILLS STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #27-04 <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Hall -Anderson Acres and Oakwood Hills subdivision are <br />proposed to be reconstructed in 2027 as identified within the 2026 — 2035 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-099, adopted March 24, 2026, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $10,200.00; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-106, adopted May 12, 2026, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Haugo Geotechnical Services for geotechnical survey <br />of the project area in the amount of $17,070.00; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Hall -Anderson <br />Acres & Oakwood Hills Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #27-04. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Hall -Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #27-04. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th <br />day of May, 2026. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
