Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-123 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ITASCA HEIGHTS STREET <br />CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #27-08 <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Itasca Heights subdivision are proposed to be converted from <br />existing gravel road to bituminous pavement in 2027 as identified in the 2026 — 2035 Capital Improvement <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12, 2024, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for geotechnical <br />survey of the project area in the amount of $8,495.00; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-099, adopted March 24, 2026, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $1,140.00; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for the Itasca Heights <br />Street Construction, Improvement Project #27-08. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Itasca Heights Street Construction, Improvement Project #27-08. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th <br />day of May, 2026. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
