Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />$684,687.20 <br />WHEREAS, the bid of North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $499,411.45 for the total bid <br />for construction of the improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications <br />and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder and their bid shall be and hereby is <br />accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to accept Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />proposal for construction staking for said improvements for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26tt' day of May, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #26-114 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
