COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Introduce Ordinance #26-10 Authorizing the City of Ramsey to Sell Parcel of Real <br />Property <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hanson explained that Ordinance #26-10 would authorize the <br />sale of a City-owned parcel to an adjacent landowner because the property lacks street access and <br />is not buildable due to topography and existing stormwater infrastructure.
