REC'O FES 14 2007 111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Record 10 1777473 ." ,.. ~. 1990820.011 Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-11-346 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ROBERT HAMBORG TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING EXCEEDING TOTAL AMOUNT ALLOWED SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Robert Hamborg, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building exceeding the total amount square footage allowed for accessory buildings on the subject property legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 2, 2006 conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request, with contingencies. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0783, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to construct an accessory building, which will result in exceeding the total amount square footage allowed on the subject property by no more than 860 square feet is hereby granted to Robert Hamborg, referred to as the "Permittee". 2. That the Permit only applies to the accessory building that is indicated on the blueprint approved by the City Planning Department 9/29/06 and shall not exceed 1,400 square feet in SIze. 3. That the proposed accessory structure shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Uniform Building Codes. 4. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with.
