Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MINIMUM <br />LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBDIVIDING THE <br />PROPERTY AT 17120 TIGER STREET N.W. AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Letendre and Theresa Wiebe, hereinafter referred to as,"Pmrnittees", <br />have properly applied for a variance to the minirnum lot width requirement in the Rural <br />Developing area of the R-1 Residential District on the property generally lcnown as 17120 Tiger <br />Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block I, Tranby Ten'ace 2'~° Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 5, 2003, conducted a punic hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance is hereby granted to the two hundred (200) foot <br />lot width recluirement in the R-1 Residential District within the Rural Developing Area as <br />established by Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be permitted to subdivide the Subject Property, in accordance with City <br />Code platting procedures, into two (2) lots} one of which shall adhere to the two hundred <br />(200) ibot lot width requirement and the other shall be granted a variance to be platted at a <br />width of eighty nine (89) feet cornmencing at the street frontage and continuing to the <br />building setback line. <br /> <br />This variance shall atttomatically expire if it is not initiated by June 5, 2004, and application <br />[:bt' a minor plat shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an extension of <br />time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in va'iting and <br />flied with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />4. That any future resubdivision of either of the lots shall be in accordance with'City Code and <br /> no further variances will be granted for the creation of additional lots. <br /> <br />5. The Pemaittee shall be responsible for-all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. .. <br /> <br /> <br />
