AS, Robert Letendre and Theresa Wiebe, hereinafter referred to as.."Applicants', <br />have properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance to the minimum lot width requirement <br />in tine R- 1 R. esidential District of the R_ural Developing area for in order to subdivide the property <br />generally known as 17120 Tiger Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Tranby Ten'ace 2® Addition, Anoka County, Mirmesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> \¥I-[EI:~ EAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 5, 2003, condncted the public hearing <br />and adopted f~nclings of fact relating to the request for a variance. <br /> <br /> NOW TI-[Igl~,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THF.
