Zoning District - An area or areas within the limits of the City for which the <br />regulations and requirements govern use are uniform. <br /> <br /> Zoning District, Overlay - A zoning district containing regulations <br />superimposed upon other zoning district regulations and may supersede the underlying zoning <br />district if more restrictive than the underlying zoning district regulations. <br /> <br /> Zoning District, Underlying - All zoning districts except Overlay Zoning <br />Districts. <br /> <br /> Zoning Map - The map or maps incorporated into this Chapter as a part thereof, <br />designating the zoning districts. <br /> <br />Historical Note <br /> <br /> Ord. #73-05 established §9.01 and §9.02, May 21, <br />1973. <br /> <br /> Ord. #79-04 amended §9.02, re-defining "Accessory <br />Building."
