Loading docks; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Exterior lighting-locations, specifications and diagrams of lighting <br />fixtures for the building, parking areas and site in general; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Bituminous or concrete surfaces and curbing; <br />Exterior Building elevations; <br /> <br />8. Waste storage area location and construction materials; <br /> <br />9. Site drainage; <br /> <br />10. A topographical map and grading plan; <br /> <br />11. Off-street parking and outside storage or display areas; <br /> <br />12.13. Calculations of projected water usage using Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency and/or Minnesota Department of Health guidelines; <br /> and <br />13.14. Color rendering(s) and when requested by the City, colored <br /> material samples. <br /> <br />15.
