Site Landscaping. <br /> <br />Minimum Landscaping Requirements. A reasonable attempt should be made to <br />preserve as many existina trees as is practicable and to <br />incorporate them into the developnlent. For each existing <br />sienificant tree retained one overstorv tree can be deducted <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />from the minimum requirements. <br /> <br />Number of plantings.
