One overstory tree shall be planted ever,/35 feet in <br />the boulevard along eve~ street frontage. The <br />number of overstory trees needed for boulevard <br />plantings may be deducted from the overstory tree <br />requirement in (ii) above. <br /> <br />v. Grading. <br /> <br />l.
