Staff will have a full copy of the Draft AUAR <br />at the meeting for your perusal. <br /> <br />At your May 1, 2003 meeting, the Planning Commission tabled action on sketch plan to the June 5, <br />2003 meeting in order to study the plan in g-reater detail. Since that time, Staff has met with most of <br />the Planning Commisoners to review the plan. In addition, a joint meeting with the City Council and <br />Town Center Task Force will. also be held on June 3, 2003 to discuss Town Center matters. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff has been meeting with Ramsey Town Center LLC during the past six months to review the <br />design of the Ramsey Town Center. From a land use standpoint, Staff finds the proposed sketch <br />plan fbr the Town Center acceptable. As is apparent, however, there are many issues that need to be <br />resolved prior to further approvals-'of the plan, especially regarding the provision of infrastructure <br />and traffic improvements.
