iv. <br /> <br />Topographic Map. The topographic map shaI1 be drawn <br />at a scale of one inch equals t 00 feet and shall contain the <br />following information: <br /> <br />1. Two foot Contour intervals; <br /> <br />Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, and other <br />significant land features; and <br /> <br />Use U.S. Geological Service datum for mapping. <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans-and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and include the <br />following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans, indicating square footage and <br />.dimensions of all proposed rooms and areas within <br />the structures; and <br /> <br />vi. <br /> <br />2. Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying <br /> exteriOr treatment, materials to be used, and paint <br /> color. · <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the <br />preliminary plat shall be' prepared in accordance with the <br />gamsey City Code, {}9.50. <br /> <br />b. Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review Process. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with City Staff. Prior to making an official <br />application to the City,. the. applicant shall meet with' Clty <br />Staff.
