Pla:~ing Commission Chairperson Nixt stated that these types of questions will be asked at the <br />public hearing, <br /> <br />}vi1-. Max stated that in his opinion, the ordinance is just talcing a different approach to what Staff <br />already does, <br /> <br />Planning Commission Chairperson Nixt stated tlnat he would like to know if the adoption of ti-tis <br />ordinance will impact any other sections of the City Code and how that will be resolved. <br /> <br />All Planning and 'Park Commissioners were asked to get their comments to the EPTF as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Staffing thc Environmental Expo Booth <br /> <br />Pad< Commission Chairperson Jill Jolms stated that the Park Commission will have a b6oth at <br />the Envirorunental Expo on May 3. Given that there is a substantial amount of new development <br />occurring in Ramsey, and that there is now a draft Tree Preservation Ordinance, she suggested <br />that the Planning Commission and EPTF staff the booth in cooperation with the Park <br />Commission. <br /> <br />EPTF members said they are planning on being present at the Expo and Mr. Brauer volunteered <br />to represent the Planning Commission. Planning Commission Chairperson Nixt stated that at the <br />April Planning Commission meeting, the members will discuss co-staffing the booth and what <br />can be provided for as far as exhibits. <br /> <br />A I),I OURNMENT <br /> <br />Molicm by Planning Commission"Chairperson Nixt and seconded by Plalmir~g Cornmissioner <br />E~'ic Watson to acljoum the special joint meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Planning Commissioners Nixt, Reeve, Watson, Brauer, Shepherd; <br />Park and Recreation Commissioners Jolms, Olds~ Lei-rotan, Rolfe; EPTF Members McDilda, <br />Ma×, Connolly, Dvorak. Voting No: None.
