PUBLIC HEA RING <br /> <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO <br />CHAPTER 9 (ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND), <br />SECTION 9.11 (PERFORMANCE STANDARDS), SECTION 9.12 (SIGNS), <br /> SECTION 9.13 (SOILS), AND SECTION 9.14 (SOLID WASTE) <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />B a c kgro u n d: <br /> <br />For the past several meetings, the Planning CommissiOn has been reviewing revisions of Chapter <br />9, the Zoning and Subdivision Code. The Planning Commission has already reviewed the <br />Subdivision Ordinance, the Business and Employment Districts, and the Administration and <br />Definition sections of Chapter 9.
