' UscHome Occupation Permits. r. .... ,:, ..... , <br />e~eHome occupation permits granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be <br />granted to a desi~onated person who resides at a residential address. They are not transferable <br />from person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. <br /> <br />General Provisions <br /> <br />Should a con ........... uschome occupations permit holder die or <br />move to a new location, the existing permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a, surviving <br />spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the <br />home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the <br />Administrator and the Council may. authorize continuation of that <br />permit without further heating. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Con ............. useHome occupations pennits~ once granted, may be I <br />'revoked prior to its original rev0~ation date by the Council for cause <br />after hearing before the Council. Complaints seeking the revocation <br />of such permit shall be filed with the Administrator and may be <br />initiated by the Planning Commission or any three residents of the <br />block (both sides where the hom~ 0%upati0n is' being conducted). <br /> All such revocation hearings shall be conducted in accordance with <br /> §9.03.04. Manufactured houses may be located within <br />residential zoning districts within the City upon compliance, with the following conditions and <br />upon compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions <br />which may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning r%mllations <br />for the zone in which they are located. -. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2.
