Fractions over one half shall <br />count as one additional space. <br /> <br />Subd. 24. Commercial and Industrial Development. <br /> <br />A. For the purposes of this Section, the following uses are <br /> considered as daytime uses: banks, business offices, or wholesale <br /> or simil-ar uses. <br /> <br />b.
