A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, <br />as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway; whichever <br />is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building.or tenant <br />or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or more streets, <br />additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the <br />tenant's or use's occupants proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wall si,on shall not project higher than the parapet line of the wall <br />to which the si,on is to be affixed. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed g'~" (50) one hundred <br />(100) square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an ag~egate gross surface area <br />of one *'"-~,4 fi rm~ ~,,,,, hundred square feet, <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (1 O) feet, as measured from based of <br />sign or ~ade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />9.12.11 Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br /> SUbdivision 1.
